Policies and Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
All treatment appointments scheduled, must be rescheduled or canceled no less than 24 hours prior
to the scheduled appointment time. R U Hairy will charge a $50 fee per treatment area scheduled
for all appointment changes made within 24 hours of the original scheduled time. If you make any
appointment within 24 hours, you will not be able to change, cancel or reschedule that appointment.
LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, R U Hairy reserves the right to consider
you a no-show. If the schedule permits, we will perform all or part your treatment areas. However,
this is not a guarantee and R U Hairy cannot be held responsible for late arrivals. If you have to
reschedule any part of your original appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee per rescheduled
treatment area. All fees will need to be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
WARNING: ANTIBIOTIC USE
within 14 days prior to any Laser Hair Removal treatment is strictly prohibited
Should you begin antibiotics of any kind, it is your sole responsibility to make all needed changes to
scheduled treatment dates and times. R U Hairy is NOT responsible for verifying with you or
reminding you about the use of antibiotics when scheduling your appointments. The last dose of any
antibiotic must be a minimum of 14 days prior to a scheduled Laser Hair Removal treatment.
Should you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours or arrive for a treatment and need to
be rescheduled due to antibiotic use within the 14 day period, you will be charged $50 per body
area originally scheduled and then be rescheduled. << NO EXCEPTIONS >>
SHAVING
All hair removal treatments require the treatment area to be clean shaven. ONLY shaven areas will
be treated. Should an area be partially shaven, R U Hairy will treat the shaved portions and that
treatment will be considered completed. If you should arrive unshaven, you will be charged $50 per
body area that will need to be rescheduled. Or you may elect to forfeit that treatment from your
purchase.
ONLINE SCHEDULING
If you submit an online request to schedule an appointment, our Client Consultants will do their best
to get you the appointment time you request. R U Hairy will call you with the date and time of your
appointment. It is then your responsibility to reschedule or request a change of appointment that will
be more suitable for you. The online appointment R U Hairy makes for you is subject to all
cancellation policies. If you are requesting and get scheduled for the following day, you must call to
be put on the schedule.
COURTESY APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
R U Hairy will make every effort to make courtesy telephone call reminders of your appointment and
are not guaranteed. These calls are not to confirm any appointment that you schedule. All
appointments are considered confirmed at the time an appointment has been made. To better
ensure you receive a courtesy call, set up your voice mail, empty your voice mail, make sure your
contact information is current.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
R U Hairy requires full payment prior to scheduling any treatment appointments. You may cancel any
purchase within 6 months of original purchase date. No refunds will be given for purchases made 6
months after original purchase date. A $100 cancellation fee is required for any and all
cancellations (EXCEPTION: canceling a purchase prior to the first treatment being rendered). All
appointment restrictions and fees will remain in full effect and will be deducted from the refund
amount due to you including, but not limited to: current list price at single treatment rate for all used
treatment services, any fees associated with no-show or late appointments, returned or NSF
payments and fees due. If a redemption of complimentary issued promotional card, special or
discount from R U Hairy was applied, the full amount or actual value will be deducted prior to
disbursement. The remaining balance will be refunded or credited back to credit card users.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after notification of intent to cancel. You will be
required to sign for all cancellation transactions and/or refunds.
GIFT CARDS and GIFT ONE CLIENTS
Gift cards may be issued for any value or body and are redeemable for services only. Once a
transaction has been processed and gift cards issued, cards may only be redeemed by the named
recipient for listed services determined by the initial purchaser. Card has no cash value, no
expiration date, and is not transferable and all sales are final and cannot be cancelled for any
reason. All Gift Card recipients must show a valid form of photo ID at the time of gift card
redemption.
R U Hairy Inc will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed cards. Any lost,
stolen, damaged or destroyed cards will not be replaced or reissued for any reason. Cards that are
illegible and deemed to have been altered will not be honored.
RETURNED CHECKS
Should a check be returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $40 fee. You will not be able
to make any appointments until the payment amount and fee has been paid and our records are
current. Furthermore, R U Hairy Inc will no longer accept this form of payment. You will either have
to pre-pay with cash, or provide a credit card to secure payments.
CHILDREN
Due to the nature of business at R U Hairy, children under the age of 15 will not be allowed in the
laser treatment room for any reason. Should you bring a child between the ages of 15-18, they may
wait for you in our reception area. No child under the age of 15 will be left unattended in our facility
at any time for any reason. If you bring young children for a Laser Hair Removal appointment, you
will need to reschedule, and pay a $50 fee per body area for the rescheduled appointment.
LIFETIME MAINTENANCE WARRANTY
Hair growth and the level of hair removal effectiveness will be different for every individual. Our
maintenance warranty offers a great benefit when you need it. There are no time limit restrictions.
Should you need to continued treatments beyond any package purchased, (package purchase
required for our warranty) single treatments may be continued for the original treatment area for
50% off of the current, single treatment, list price at the time of the treatment. IF YOU REQUIRE

Pre-treatment instructions
SHAVING: Within 12-24 hours before the procedure, shave the area to be treated. R U Hairy
DOES NOT offer shaving services of any kind. If you should arrive for a treatment not shaved,
you will be charged a $50 fee per body area that needs to be rescheduled.
Avoid waxing or plucking the hair and electrolysis 2-4 weeks before treatment.
Use sunblock with SPF 30 on areas to be treated that are exposed to the sun.
Limit sun exposure, self tanners and tanning beds 2-4 weeks prior to treatment.
Accutane may not be used for 6 months prior to treatment.
Do not use Retin-A or glycolics for 3 days prior to treatment.
Do not use hair removal lotions or hair bleach for 2-4 weeks prior to treatment.
R U Hairy may offer promotional offers, sales or specials. Special pricing at the time of
purchase will prevail and will not be adjusted, credited or refunded to reflect any new
pricing that may be available after your original purchase. All cancellation policies, fees
and refunds will apply to all purchases, including sales, special and promotions.
Even though R U Hairy may be sympathetic to your individual circumstances, no policy
exceptions will be made for anyone, for any reason. Please do not ask.
