Policies and Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
All treatment appointments scheduled, must be rescheduled or canceled no less than 24 hours prior
to the scheduled appointment time. Logical Laser will charge a $50 fee per treatment area
scheduled for all appointment changes made within 24 hours of the original scheduled time. If you
make any appointment within 24 hours, you will not be able to change, cancel or reschedule that
appointment.
LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, Logical Laser reserves the right to
consider you a no-show. If the schedule permits, we will perform all or part your treatment areas.
However, this is not a guarantee and Logical Laser cannot be held responsible for late arrivals. If
you have to reschedule any part of your original appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee per
rescheduled treatment area. All fees will need to be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
WARNING: ANTIBIOTIC USE
within 14 days prior to any Laser Hair Removal treatment is strictly prohibited
Should you begin antibiotics of any kind, it is your sole responsibility to make all needed changes to
scheduled treatment dates and times. Logical Laser is NOT responsible for verifying with you or
reminding you about the use of antibiotics when scheduling your appointments. The last dose of any
antibiotic must be a minimum of 14 days prior to a scheduled Laser Hair Removal treatment.
Should you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours or arrive for a treatment and need to
be rescheduled due to antibiotic use within the 14 day period, you will be charged $50 per body

ONLINE SCHEDULING
If you submit an online request to schedule an appointment, our Client Consultants will do their best
to get you the appointment time you request. Logical Laser will call you with the date and time of
your appointment. It is then your responsibility to reschedule or request a change of appointment
that will be more suitable for you. The online appointment Logical Laser makes for you is subject to
all cancellation policies. If you are requesting and get scheduled for the following day, you must call
to be put on the schedule.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Logical Laser requires full payment prior to scheduling treatment appointments. A $100
cancellation fee is required per body area for any and all cancellations. Both for single treatments or
packages (EXCEPTION: cancelling a purchase on the same calender day during regular business
hours, you will not be charged the $100 fee. All appointment restriction fees will remain in full effect)
and will be deducted from the refund amount due to you including, but not limited to: the current list
price of the used treatment services, any fees associated with no-show or late for appointments,
returned or NSF payments and fees due. If a redemption of complimentary issued promotional card
or contest prizes from Logical Laser was applied or won, the full face value amount will be deducted
prior to disbursement of all refunds. The remaining balance will be refunded or credited back to
credit card users. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving written
notification of intent to cancel. You will be required to sign for all cancellation transactions and/or
refunds. Should any individual have an outstanding financial balance due to Logical Laser Inc. for
longer than 12 months/one year, Logical Laser reserves the right to consider your transaction
complete with no further services provided and the outstanding balance will no longer be due and a
refund will not be issued for the initial purchase.
BOTOX CLIENTS
Area minimums of BOTOX is required for each and every BOTOX treatment. A valid credit card
number must be on record to schedule BOTOX appointments. Should you arrive more than 15
minutes late of no-show for an appointment, a $100 fee will be billed to the credit card on file. If the
card is found not to be valid or expired, your appointment will be canceled by Logical Laser. Go to

GIFT CARDS
Logical Laser sells gift cards for products and services. Only unused cards may be canceled and
refunded back to the original purchaser only. There will be a $100 service fee assessed for gift
card cancellations. Gift Cards must be present at the time of redemption. Logical Laser will not
replace lost, damaged or destroyed gift cards.
RETURNED CHECKS
Should a check be returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $40 fee. You will not be able
to make any appointments until the payment amount and fee has been paid and our records are
current. Furthermore, Logical Laser will no longer accept this form of payment. You will either have
to pre-pay with cash, or provide a credit card to secure payments.
CHILDREN
Due to the nature of business at Logical Laser, children under 15 will not be allowed in the laser
treatment room for any reason. Should you bring a child between the ages of 15-18, they may wait
for you in our reception area. No child under the age of 15 will be left unattended in our facility at any
time for any reason. If you bring small children to a Laser Hair Removal appointment, you will need
to reschedule, and pay the $50 fee per body area for the rescheduled appointment.
LIFETIME MAINTENANCE WARRANTY
Hair growth and level of hair removal effectiveness will be different for every individual. Our
maintenance warranty offers a great benefit when you need it. There are no time limit restrictions.
Should you need to continued treatments beyond any package purchased, (package purchase
required for our warranty) single treatments may be continued for the original treatment area for
50% off of the current, single treatment, list price at the time of the treatment. IF YOU REQUIRE
ADDITIONAL TREATMENT NOW OR IN 5 YEARS... 50% OFF. A TOUCH-UP IN 15 YEARS...

SHAVING: Within 12-24 hours before the procedure, shave the area to be treated. (We can
shave and prep the back area ONLY for you for $25. Please notify us when scheduling
appointments to add shaving time) If you should arrive for a treatment not shaved, you will be
charged a $50 fee per body area that needs to be rescheduled.
Avoid waxing or plucking the hair and electrolysis 2-4 weeks before treatment.
Use sunblock with SPF 30 on areas to be treated that are exposed to the sun.
Limit sun exposure, self tanners and tanning beds 2-4 weeks prior to treatment.
Accutane may not be used for 6 months prior to treatment.
Do not use Retin-A or glycolics for 3 days prior to treatment.
Do not use hair removal lotions or hair bleach for 2-4 weeks prior to treatment.
Logical Laser may offer promotional offers, sales or specials. Special pricing at the time of
purchase will prevail and will not be adjusted, credited or refunded to reflect any new
pricing that may be available after your original purchase. All cancellation policies, fees
and refunds will apply to all purchases, including sales, special and promotions.
Even though Logical Laser may be sympathetic to your individual circumstances, no
policy exceptions will be made for anyone, for any reason.
