How to prepare for Laser Hair Removal?
Before scheduling treatment, you may have a consultation with our Client Care
Consultant in person or by phone. This meeting generally includes:

You will be asked questions about conditions you have or have had, as well as any
medications you are taking.

If you have a tan from sun exposure or sunless tanning products, it is best to wait until
the tan fades completely before undergoing Laser Hair Removal. Avoid sun exposure
2-4 weeks before treatment.

treatment. No other Laser Hair Removal facility will offer pictures as a part of the
Laser Hair Removal process and give you visible, undeniable proof of success or the

the tan fades completely before undergoing Laser Hair Removal. Avoid sun exposure
2-4 weeks before treatment.
Pre-treatment instructions
- Within 12-24 hours before the procedure, shave the area to be treated.
REQUIRED (We can shave and prep the area for you for $25 per area. This
service is only available for those treating the back, shoulders and/or the back of
the neck. Please notify us when scheduling appointments to add shaving/prep
time) - Ensure no antibiotics have been taken in the 14 days prior to any treatment.
- Avoid waxing or plucking the hair and electrolysis 2-4 weeks before treatment.
- Use sunblock with SPF 30 on areas to be treated that are exposed to the sun.
- Limit sun exposure, self tanners and tanning beds 2-4 weeks prior to treatment.
- Accutane may not be used for 6 months prior to treatment.
- Do not use Retin-A or glycolics for 3 days prior to treatment.
- Do not use hair removal lotions or hair bleach for 2-4 weeks prior to treatment.
- There is a $50 fee, per body area scheduled, for no shows, cancellations with
less than 24 hour notice or if you have taken antibiotics within the past 14 days
and need to reschedule.

proper laser setting adjustments can be made to target your specific hair type to
get you the best results with every treatment.
