What is Logical Lasers Referral Program?
Because Logical Laser appreciates every referral, we will pay you for all qualified referrals.
Our referral program is the perfect way to supplement your income.
How the referral program works?
If you refer anyone to Logical Laser for hair removal and they purchase a single laser
treatment we pay you $10 or $50 if a treatment package is purchased.
All referrals must use your name at the time of their original registration and be a new,
first time, Logical Laser client for the referral to be valid. Subsequent treatments or
packages purchase are not eligible for the referral program.
There are no limits to the number of referrals you will be paid for.
How do I sign up?
After completing the registration process, you will be mailed a registration form and W-9
Return the signed registration form with the W-9 to Logical Laser. These forms must be
received prior to being eligible and any payment distributions being made. The participant
will be responsible for any taxes associated with the referral program.
Simply fill in the form (registration form here) and send it to Logical Laser.
Please make certain all information is correct and current.
Should you need to make any changes, just let us know.
Additional information
Logical Laser will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail and will NOT
replace any lost, stolen or destroyed checks.
One check will be issued per month in the total amount payable to you. Checks are the
same as cash and may be cashed or deposited at any financial institution.
Payment distributions will be available to be picked up on the 5th of the following month. All
items not picked up by the 30th will be mailed to the address on record.
You may not name yourself as your own referral. Logical Laser employees are not eligible
for the program or any contests, drawings or giveaways sponsored by Logical Laser.
Rules and restrictions are subject to change without notice.
